"When I find myself in a place where English isn't the first language, I learn a few key words/phrases in the local language. It is amazing what doors open up when you say, "Hello, do you speak English?" in their language. Even if I butcher it, many of the people are pleased I at least tried and often go out of their way to help us."
Biography: I am a native of Utah and grew up exploring this amazing state as well as most of the country. I have had the privilege of traveling the USA, from West coast to the East coast more times than I would like to count. I got my first taste of International travel in 2007 when I visited England and since then I have had a continuous thirst for more exposure to the world outside my own. I have been greatly rewarded in many opportunities.
Working as a vacation specialist is a dream come true for me, as I thrive off of researching new places to discover and experience. I love seeing the joy travel can bring, both to the traveler and those they come in contact with while on their travels and once they are back at home. Thanks to the various friends I have made on my travels I have been able to establish my own network of endless information. "I want to live not just the length of my life, but the width of it as well."-Unknown
